When should I upgrade to a paid plan?
Upgrade when you need unlimited publishing, access controls or advanced analytics. Choose Pro to grow your courses, or Team to create with colleagues. Start free and upgrade when you are ready.
What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro gives a solo creator unlimited courses, flows and learners, plus advanced analytics and AI tools. Team includes everything in Pro and adds collaborators and shared account management to build courses together.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Choose monthly or annual billing when you first subscribe. Annual plans are paid in one yearly payment and cost less than twelve monthly payments. Contact support if an existing subscription needs to change.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are set in British pounds (GBP) and include applicable tax. Where available, checkout may show an eligible customer a converted local-currency total. You can review the final amount before making a payment.
Do you charge for each learner?
No. Free, Pro and Team all include unlimited learners, so your plan is based on the tools and publishing options you need. Free lets you publish one course; paid plans give you unlimited course publishing.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to Free. Your content is kept, but the Free plan’s publishing limits apply again.
Are there options for charities and non-profits?
Yes. Registered charities and non-profits can contact support to discuss eligibility and the available options. Explain what your organisation does and how you want to use courses, so we can help you choose a plan.
