1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Tiny Courses, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful educational or business purposes.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your login credentials, account activity, and content published through your profile. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Creator Content and Rights
You retain ownership of your course content, profile materials, uploads, and branding. You grant Tiny Courses a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the platform and provide learner access.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or abusive. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create platform/security risk.
5. Learner Access and Email Capture
Course access modes (public, signup, private/invite where available) determine how learners enter courses. If you collect learner emails, you are responsible for lawful use of that data and for honoring applicable consent and marketing laws.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Tiny Courses may provide AI-generated suggestions for course outlines or copy. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated output before publishing.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may update features, limits, and functionality over time. While we aim for reliable uptime, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis.
8. Termination
You may stop using Tiny Courses at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, abuse, fraud, or security concerns.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Courses is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.
